Let’s start with a 30-minute call to talk through your event goals, audience, and what kind of digital buzz you want to build. I’ll walk you through how I work and what to expect. If it’s a match, I’ll send over the invoice and officially book your campaign while you’re busy wrangling vendors.

After our call, I’ll deliver a custom strategy outline tailored to your event. You can review and approve it via email, or we can schedule a quick call to walk through it together between your AV walkthrough and rental delivery, whichever works best for you. Once approved, I’ll dive into execution.

You’ll get a project portal with all the details, and I’ll be in the background building your copy and campaign assets, while you’re probably reworking the seating chart for the fourth time.

Once you give the final thumbs up, I’ll launch the campaign on your preferred digital platforms. No heavy lifting on your part, just a quick review between vendor calls.

Throughout the campaign, I’ll keep an eye on performance, make any needed tweaks, and handle the analytics so you don’t have to. You’ve got enough fires to put out… your digital campaign won’t be one of them.

After the final click, I’ll deliver a detailed campaign report. Want to review it together? We’ll schedule a call. Prefer to read it during your post-event facial? Totally your call.
