Visit the Event Submission page to submit your upcoming event. There are two options for event submission:

Standard Listing (Free) - If approved, your listing will appear in the Schedule calendar, on its respective event category page, and on its respective event location page.

Featured Listing ($25 per event) - If approved, your listing will include everything with a Standard Listing, plus inclusion in the featured section of both your event’s category and location pages. It will also be featured on the homepage and emailed to a segment of our email list based on our subscribers’ event category interest and location.

Listings are reviewed for relevance to the Sequin Soirée audience.

Your event submission may be rejected for any one of the following reasons:

• Heavily AI-generated event graphics

• Confusing or unclear event details

• Insufficient or incomplete event information

• Events that are not relevant to the fashion, beauty, or creative industries

• Events that appear to be primarily recruiting or certification-focused

• Events that do not provide enough value or relevance to our audience

• Duplicate event submissions

• Events submitted after the event has already taken place

If your Featured Listing submission is rejected, you will receive a full refund.

Home Page - featured listings are highlighted on the home page

Sites - listings are organized by location based on major cities that often host events. Your event may be listed on the More Sites page if the location is a significant distance from any major city.

Scenes - listings are organized by event type. Events can only be listed under one event type even if they include multiple activities or could reasonably fit into multiple event types.

Scoop - if an event category or location is relevant to a specific article, a collection of events may be highlighted in the article.

Schedule - if you need extra assistance searching for a specific event, or you’d prefer to search by date, all events are accessible through the search bar and the calendar view.

Please email us directly if any details about your event change, or if your event is postponed or canceled.

When your event listing is approved and published, you will receive a confirmation email with our contact information. Please save this email for future reference in case you need to request an update to your listing.

No. Sequin Soirée is an event discovery platform, not the producer of the events listed. We curate and showcase relevant events from organizers, brands, companies, and communities so you can find what’s happening in the fashion, beauty, and creative industries.
