Sequin Soirée is a digital event marketing studio offering white-label strategy, campaign support, and content production for fashion, beauty, lifestyle, and luxury brands. We also provide event recaps, insights, and ticketed virtual or in-person events.

2. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old to use our services or register for events. By using our site, you represent that you meet this requirement.

3. Use of the Website

You agree not to:

4. Event Registrations & Payments

• All paid events require full payment at the time of registration through third-party providers (Eventbrite, Lu.ma, etc.).

• Tickets are generally non-refundable unless otherwise stated on the event page.

• If an event is canceled, you will be notified and offered a refund or transfer to a future event.

• Panelists, speakers, and attendees are expected to follow professional standards of conduct. Disruptive behavior may result in removal without refund.

5. Partnerships & Client Services

• Engagements for marketing services are subject to written agreements outside of these Terms.

• Retainers, flat-rate projects, or custom campaigns will be governed by a signed contract outlining scope, deliverables, and payment terms.

6. Intellectual Property

• All website content (text, images, graphics, videos, and logos) is the property of Sequin Soirée unless otherwise noted.

• Event materials (presentations, recordings, run-of-show documents) may not be redistributed, resold, or shared without permission.

• You may reference or share links to our public insights/blog content with attribution.

7. Third-Party Tools & Links

We may use third-party platforms such as Constant Contact, Eventbrite, Lu.ma, Posh.vip, Squarespace, Zoom, and Buffer. We are not responsible for their content, policies, or practices. Your use of those services is governed by their respective terms.

8. Limitations of Liability

• Sequin Soirée is not liable for any damages resulting from your use of the site, attendance at events, or reliance on our content.

• Services and events are provided “as is” without warranties of any kind, express or implied.

• We do not guarantee outcomes (such as specific event attendance numbers, press coverage, or sales conversions).
